Actually...The Health Statistics from europe cannot be fairly compared to the US...For example in teh US we count ALL INFANT DEATHS...
In Europe there is no set standard, some counties do not count infants that die within 24 hours of birth, while others do not count them at all if the child is born before the expected date (early).

Want to know why health insurance is so expensive? It's called the government. Google search Certificate of Need. Get educated and understand that the government is already too involved and makes everything expensive. We need to get government out of the system now and let free market lower health care costs. You can't even get beds for hospitals, CT machines or MRI equipment without a Certificate Of Need. Basically a government certificate that you have to have to buy anything in healthcare which makes everything crazy expensive. Less Government is the key to cheap affordable health care.
