@conect111 why would you be suprised ,they are being supplied by saudi arabia and uae .they are being trained in turkey by turkish,british,usa and probably australia too .special forces are all over there coordinating there forces and helping them with planning etc .you also have to remember many are ex syrian military so they know where the nearest amourys are .assads regime only really represent around 10% of the population and they are sinking fast
