19 October 2011 - In Murmansk, because of the severe winter, all the road work must be done during the few summer months. This has turned the whole city into a one giant traffic jam. People are fed up with the situation and the general poor maintenance of the roads, so much so, that the city of Murmansk has filed a complaint with the Prosecutor General of Russia.
Today the deputy prosecutor of Pervomaisky district of Murmansk Dennis Lapin went to inspect the situation of road repair and was interview by local TV-station...
