@Afghanburger They did that, the main battle in aleppo is over, but FSA cowards dress like civilans and hide in buildings in a very big city, so it will take time to clear up, but thats what SAA are doing right now.

City seems to be running more or less normal, as you can see in the beginning of the video. There is electricity, cars driving on the streets. It is just certain quarter, where the fighting takes place, taht has no electricity.
