Interview with Barrie Trower November 13, 2010.

Barrie Trower is a
former Royal Navy microwave weapons expert and former cold-war captured
spy debriefer for the UK Intelligence Services. Mr Trower is a
conscionable whistle-blower who lectures around the world on hidden
dangers from microwave weapons and every-day microwave technologies such
as mobile-phones and WiFi. Mr Trower has also repeatedly assisted the
UK Police Fedration in their struggle to protect police officers from
Tetra/Air-Band radio-communications systems that are harmful to health.

  • I don't use microwave ovens anymore, I prefer the texture and taste of traditional ovens and don't trust microwaves, nothing in life is that urgent, and if food is coming out with the texture of rubber you know somethings very wrong, could they be the reason everyone is dying from toe cancer or whatever new cancer pops up every week.

      He's not talking about microwave ovens. In any case, the credible evidence to suggest that ovens cause cancer directly, or that they create carcinogenic food, amounts to zero.

      Can't dispute that most food tastes better out of the oven though :)

      I know less about the TETRA / mast radiation fears, but despite Barry's claims, experts in the field have so far struggled to prove any link.

      It depends on your definition of 'expert', of course. But listen to Trower for a full 20 minutes and More..

    • @BetterCallSaul Im not sure I trust what even the experts say tbh, not that I think I know better, just that it certainly isnt the way nature intended to blast food with radiation and force the molecules to kick the shit out of each other, but like you said its mainly about the taste and texture that put me off them, the cancer thing is still an unknown for me, there maybe no evidence but the the word "yet" keeps coming to mind. All I know is something fucked up is going on somewhere w More..

      That's because 'natural causes' isn't a medical diagnosis. Something with a latin-inspired medical name killed you :) The main reason more people get cancer now is because we live longer.

      If we cured it, I wonder what would take 1st place as biggest killer? Probably obesity related diseases, for the western world at least..

    • @BetterCallSaul Yea that's true we are living longer. I think heart disease is the next biggest killer. All I know is im gonna start drinking green tea by the bucket load everyday now, they say it keeps away cancer and heart disease as well as about 10 other health benefits.

  • This so called expert is use to working on Megawatt ship transmitters.
    Which will killer you dead as a door-nail and trying to down scale that "information". 1000 watt and 100mw transmitters.

    Years of research by 100's of company's have been preformed on radios, radio radiation. What have they found... Nothing.
    but what all this research has generated safety guidelines for max powerlevel for radiating radio devices.
