CHP showed up two min after it started but wasn't able to catch anyone.
CHP is now saying they were able to get license plate info from the videos and witness stuck behind this nonsense.

@Athena I lived in Oakland from 2007-2010. Everywhere from 43rd and Adelaide, to 55th and MacArthur. Saw some of the most ghetto vile shit happen during my time there, but also met some wonderful people too. The Views from the Oakland hills were some of the most beautiful I've seen( when there wasn't a stolen car being burned of course).

Used to ride around in the back of my fathers FireBird in town. Shit was so cash, and those were the days.
Up from about 11pm to 2am, they would cruise in the saturday traffic, and sometimes even smoke those little faggy fartbox imports.
Never inconvenienced anyone, mostly gave a show on their own dime (gas and tires and the like)
