Happened on Stockton Lake in mid-Missouri. The man in blue in the back sustained a broken leg, broken wrist and broken spinal disk. I'm not sure about the others. The driver was charged with multiple offenses in violation of Missouri water-regulations.
This little joy-ride will cost the driver-owner of the boat for a criminal defense and civil a defense attorney.
All-in-all, not a good day.
