Pastor who prays Obama Dies & burns in Hell recieves his comeuppance!

I've posted about that compassionate man-o'-the-cloth, Pastor Steve, remember? Such a gentle soul. Always thinking of others... wishing death upon them and whatnot.

You know what they say: What goes around comes around. Karma. Do unto others.

From our pals over at Jesus' General, we discover what a few others h More..ave done unto him:

And now, you're beginning to feel the pain. That's what your sister said in a post at the Faithful Word Baptist Church Listeners (password protected) web site:

I'm sure by now you've all heard about the recent media attention my brother Steve has gotten about his preaching. What you may not know; however, is how this negative publicity has affected him and his family. Not only have they been repeatedly harassed and threatened, but this has all but destroyed his fire alarm business--he just lost his biggest client over this!

[...] Becoming unemployable is the price a pastor pays for praying for a president's death. It was bound to anger people and convince them you're insane. You knew that. Now, it's time to accept your role as a martyr.

Not that being a martyr is a bad gig. Martyrdom is Sarah's Palin's cash cow [...]

Tsk, tsk. Pity. Mayhaps he and Sarah the Quitter can go in on a business together, a chain of martyrdom stores? Or a line of Death Panel figurines? Turkey grinders? Oh what the hey, maybe they should just invest in AIG and be done with it.

    • You're a bad Christian to wish death upon another man. Not only have you not judged that person but you have wished harm upon him. For being a pastor, he does amount up to a sad excuse. He also gave up whatever wisdom was granted to him by god.(If he even possessed wisdom)

  • This idiot deserves all he's getting or not getting for that matter. Anyone who is as ignorant as this guy is by not only having the asinine thoughts swarming through his little washed peabrain but thinking he can publicly announce his views to anyone who'd listen deserves the karma. He should go join Phelps and his hateful church... he'd fit right in there

  • funny... thought we had freedom of speech, and freedom to pry for our desires, fears, and hope.

Just because his views does not agree with yours, does not mean he does not have the right to pry for his wishes to his god.

    • Your an idiot and missed the entire uproar around the subject. Why call yourself a christian or a pastor, follower of Christ, etc & pray any ill will towards anyone? That's the definitely of hypocrisy and the pastor is getting the backlash he deserves, even from Christians who don't support Obama. You should have to search long and hard to figure out what the stink's about. Or, maybe you do.

    • Is Obama going after this guy orrrr did the media make a big deal about how much of a dbl standard it is for a pastor to pray for the death & eternal damnation of a man who's done nothing deserving so.

    • wishing someone dead passes for right-wing political opinion.......suprise, suprise.

    • this isnt a political issue as much as you'd like it to be. The delusional idiot went on a public rant wishing Obama would get cancer and die. This coming from a pastor... just more proof at the hypocrisy of religious nuts.

    • Praying at the alter in front of a congregation for your president to die and burn in hell is NOT a political opinion. Why would that even cross your mind? It was an ignorant statement made by an ignorant man that did nothing for any Political agenda other than making Christians look hypocritical.
