Not true.
It's not much different than some American demonstrations of affection. Say for instance a guy throwing his arm across his friend's shoulders, leading him into a room and saying, "hey, folks, this is my buddy Joe, we went to high school together."
The idea of sexual overtones simply doesn't occur to them.
Granted, the occasional hand-holding Arabs may be gay; but no one there would suspect it on that basis.

This is one of the most perfect posts for this site that I have ever seen.
It encompasses Muslims/Arabs and Homosexuality (or perceived); It's like giving candy to a child with Tourette's syndrome.
This post brought out all the crazies displaying a high level of ignorance of other cultures, homophobia, hatred of other people and lack of maturity and sexual satisfaction that you only see on LL.
