F-18 cover is easy on open range!!!
But that`s not the way war is beeing fought NOW!
It`s more about close-combat, urban warfare...
Time rolls on....unfornately!
If I remember the old days (on TV of course) where there were some british guys line on line, kneeing the 1st line for shooting...
War isn`t the same anymore.
And hey, war was never ever supposed to be "good", but in theese days it is just impersonal!
But what i have to complain - I joined the German navy....- also impersonal More..

@de_jung75 Yeah, please refer to desert storm, war in Iraq,early war in Afghanistan etc. etc. You actually need to get to that urban fighting phase somehow. Civil wars are a bit different kind of case. If there was a war in FInland, most tank battles would not be fought this way, for a simple reason there are not so many open fields.

@EMAG-K panther!? you are totally incorrect, these are all Leopard 2A's and maybe a mine clearing T 55 - these are the only tank types in service with Finland. Panthers have not been used since the 1950s moron.
