Federal Judge In Chicago Refuses To Issue Subpoena For Presidente Obama To Testify In Blago Case…
A federal judge in Chicago has refused to issue a subpoena for President Barack Obama to testify at former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s political corruption trial.
U.S. District Judge James Zagel ruled Friday that lawyers for Blagojevich had not produced sufficient evidence that Obama would have anything material to say on the witness stand.
Defense attorneys had claimed that the president could shed light on charges that Blagojevich schemed to sell or trade Obama’s former U.S. Senate seat.

1 - Please show me where it says in the Constitution or USC a person dual citizenship (one being US) CAN'T be President?
2 - Please show me where exactly, the term "natural born" is *defined* either in the Constitution, or in USC.
3 - USC Title 8 section 1401 "The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
(a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;"
That's the total requirement for Obama.

Common sense says if it isn't defined, you have to use what's written in the Constitution and USC. That's all that *can* be used. It really doesn't matter what someone may feel "the most likely definition" is - does it? Unless Congress passes an amendment defining it or the Supreme Court defines it, that's all there is. Nobody has to be a lawyer to understand that. There's no obfuscation - it's as clear as can be.
