Floods on west bank roads. Palestinians jump in the water to save drifting bumper. 
The floods didn't make much impresion on some of the locals who pushed through.The front bumper of the last truck detached by the water and started drifting only to be saved by 2 bystanders who nearly got swept away themselves by the rushing water.Luck was on their side- they managed to pull out and save the bumper as well.

2. the bumper fell off a taxi with Israeli license plates, not the truck
3. as far as I can tell, they took it with no intention of returning it.. so it's really more like "stealing" rather than "saving"... finders keepers etc.
