    I feel bad for the ANA, because Karzai can't hope to protect themselves once the Yanks pull out. The Taliban are going to have their way.

  • Complete waste of time, money, and most importantly, AMERICAN LIVES.

    Why is it taking 11 years to train and equip these cavemen to fight for themselves? The equipment we are providing for them speaks for itself. How long is the Marine boot camp. 8 weeks? 12 weeks? And we have been trying to train them for over 10 years now and they still aren't ready?

    Bring our troops home NOW.

    red army..when communist released everybody from prisons and made destroying battalions,who went around and killing civilians and robbing...

  • Does not look to good for these guys. Not very motivated. Sense of urgency and purpose is totally lacking on their behalf. Its a shame, there have been Billions of dollars, countless lives lost to make this a livable situation for these people. Who knows, possibly they are content with being Talibanized, fock it bring our troops home, nothing is going to help these people. Within 2 months of pull out, Karzai's head will be on a spike and it will back to normal for those people and the Taliban
