@AcidRAin I'll tell you how its done,first get a some cling film,por water onto cling film and quickly sew it up.(with clear thread),now all you have to do is to make it vanish is un pic the thread squeeze water out and drop the ball on cling film on the floor....Easy! (i think thats how its done)

He pre-poured the cup of water... and obviously put some type of oil or magic waterballs inside the water. How about pouring the water fresh from faucet, dumping it out, refilling it, and showing the trick again? Also notice he SCOOOPS the waterballs out of the water... if you wanted to put water into your hand normally, everyone would just pour a little, they wouldnt SCOOP it!
