Wonder Woman aired from 1975 to 1979 in three seasons with 59 episodes and a made for TV movie which served as the pilot for the series. Not including the 1974 TV movie which starred Cathy Lee Crosby.
The first season intro to the show was quite different, almost completely animated. For various reasons I chose the intro seen here from the second season. Yeah that choice had a lot to do with Lynda Carter jumping around in that costume, so sue me. The early part of the series was a period piece taking place during the 1940's, which means most of the bad guys were Nazis, from 1975 to 1977. When the show moved to CBS it was updated as "The New Adventures of Wonder Woman" from 1977 to 1979 and took place in the present (which was the 70's), In order to lower costs of the show. Wonder Woman doesn't age like others and returns 30 something years later to fight crime once again.
IMO Lynda Carter was the heart of the show, very talented actress. Lyle Waggoner, not so much. She's probably single handedly responsible for the show being as successful as it was actually.
The Pepsi commercial is the rarer long version of one of Pepsi's most popular commercials of the time, it was the kid with the puppies that did it. Laughing kids and puppies means Pepsi is good! lol. It could be cut down into 30 second spots and usually was.
I had two cool TV spots for films to use and couldn't decide which one, so I used them both.
I have no idea how they accomplished the connection between kicking ass and collecting stamps but Ernest Borgnine does it with style. Probably because Borgnine was kicking ass with style when Chuck Norris was still shitting in diapers.

Lynda Carter = Hot
"Force 10 from Navarone" = Good film, but not as good as "The Guns of Navarone"

Agreed on all points. I have a TV spot for Guns of Navarone too. Will be included in an episode that spans 1961.

Aww damn Lynda Carter back in the day. <3 <3
Beautiful face, stunning eyes and a fantastic body. Between Lynda and Bo Derek, they were two women that I wanked to most often way back when. :D
But the only sad part is it really sucks to see such beautiful women grow old. :(

You know, Lynda was kind of a big, tall amazon woman, but let's face it.
Suppose you're walking down a semi-dark alley and suddenly get confronted with this:

Moving on to Superman. There is a loose knit presentation method to this series, giving the impression of switching between channels. It's a way to present retro material in a somewhat cogent manner. The TV show intro anchors the time period. The other commercials and whatnot will be from that time period. In this case anywhere between 1975 and 1979, since that's when Wonder Woman originally aired.

She don't look so hot nowadays....why do they all go down the plastic surgery route? Aside from that her co-star Lyle Waggoner is a sculptor now.

I prefer those who age with grace and style.
Waggoner was into politics too. He was mayor of Encino, CA when working on Wonder Woman. Don't know if his political career went beyond that. Interesting guy, mediocre actor. Jack of all trades, master of none type perhaps? Nothing wrong with that.

Lynda Carter was wearing the skimpiest outfit week after week - nobody got to show that much leg back then. And those eyes - oh those amazing eyes.

Seems like an odd place to express your opinion about Jesus. Not that it's a bad thing just a little random.
