Part of channel(s): This is how terrorist's make their amateur propaganda, the soundtrack of a video is faked to make it sound like Homs is under massive bombardment.
The first video is the unedited version from one videographer who records the date as March 26th 2012, and states it to be in Homs. The explosion of what may be fuel close to a golden dome in the distance can be taken as a point of reference. Two incoming whistling sounds can be heard in the space of the video over more than one minute.
In the second video, a different videographer records the same view showing the same golden dome and the fuel explosion used as the original time reference. The date is again stated as March 26th 2012, and the location Homs. However, this time a ridiculous series of the original two whistling sounds are dubbed in close succession in an amateur fail. In the space of about a minute about 10 whistles can be counted. The video is then uploaded onto youtube while the other videographer also uploads his own video without the edited sounds exposing the fake.

As far as I can tell, the two audio tracks match virtually throughout, with differences in timing and volume that are to be expected from two separate locations.
More analysis might show some dub-in, but playing both repeatedly side-by-side and alternately raising/lowering volumes was enough for me.
And what's the point anyway? Both videos show a city under rocket attack. There's much more at stake here than a couple of fake kabooms.

When the second video was posted on LL I pointed out that they had got the same piece of video and replayed it twice, dubbing in artillery sounds.
As a matter of basic physics the camera would not have heard the incoming sound and the explosion sound would have been several seconds later.
I also pointed out that I think the video was shot weeks ago. I can't find it but the fuel explosion was pretty distinctive.
We know Bashar toured the area on the 27th so it certainly wasn't a danger zone.

@zooby They are two cameras obviously, filming the same location. You cannot see any explosions with the fake sounds. And it is also not clear which side is shelling which, this is just propaganda material. The link to the fake video shows how deceitful the propaganda is, because the Arabic title of the fake tells the viewer so many missiles are landing! That is incredibly deceitful when the sound of the fake missiles has been dubbed.

Nothings says it's fake. The same area (near the dome) may have been bombed again another day along with many other bombs.
