It started with a traffic dispute in which the foreigner and a girl bumped each other. The girl's mother accused him of hitting her daughter with a bike lock when she saw the girl had 4-5cm long wound near her ear, bleeding. The foreigner gave the finger to bystanders who tried to help the girl's mother reason with him. which made them angry. All involved were taken to police station for questioning.
