@michael567 "be honest" as in admit and accept the situations that you can't change. they are the way they are, but they aren't all that there is to you. it sounded a little like he was promoting the idea of stuffing it all deep inside and moving on, but that isn't the best way to deal with things psychologically. that's a pretty good way to an early grave, leaving others to wonder wtf happened to you.
