  • Nice one mate,I love these skits so much,ever watch The Chopper dvd with Choppers commentary? best commentary ever, especially when he goes on about shooting up Bojangles ,

    tried watching the rest of Ronnie Johns but most of the humour unfortunately doesn't translate, such as 'the finger' we did that in pre-school so seeing grown men do it on a comedy show, meehhhhh


    However good old Uncle Chop Chop saved the day everytime

    • Funny you mention Bojangles.
      I used to frequent that place all the time back in the late 70s and 80s....mainly because one of my good mates used to be the bouncer there....saw alot of shit happen.
      And the Chopper movie isnt all factual....alot of shit was missing and some stuff was exaggerated.


      The funniest thing though is that later on, chopper ended up moving to Tasmania and started writing childrens books....hahahahaha....silly mad bastard!

    • Yeah in his commentary which I cannot recommend enough, he does go on to say lots was left out, purely to make it fit,he reckons the character of Neville Bartos (Neville Tomatos!) was a mix of about 10 different people, he was also pissed off his dad was portrayed by a bald man,and he didn't have any guns beside him!

      I'm in the middle of converting an interview of Chop Chop from '92 so it should be up in a while

    • I remember drinking in the Inkerman hotel many years ago and saw the mad bastard blow some drug dealers kneecaps off from under the table while sitting opossite him.
      He had this big grin on his face as he shot him.
