Cat is found buried alive in concrete up to it's neck..some will find this offensive so MA rating
I own 2 cats and when I saw this story, I freaked out..it's amazing how stupid people and humanity can be..poor thing..it later died from it's injuries..to think that a church group may be the culprits make it so much more sickening..here is the story
This kitten was found burried in gallons of cement in Colorado City,
Arizona. Andrew Chatwin, a former member of the Fundamentalist Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints found the cat, and beleives the
church is behind the horrible incident. Chatwin left the church 13
years ago, and has seen several other dead cats in the area since.
Chatwin believes this is the church's way of forcing him to leave the
town. The cat later died from its injuries.

This guy was the one who installed his post in the concrete when he was building the shade for his horses. It takes about 15 minutes for concrete to set hard enough to where you couldn't put a cat in it.
Stands to reason that the guy was around when the cat fell in the cement no?
There's absolutely no possible way that someone else did it. Either the cat was in the pole when they stood it up, or one of his kids threw it in right after they got it set.

I never understood people's irrational hatred of cats. I grew up with dogs, and the first cat I was around belonged to my girlfriend. When I was younger I beat the living shit out of a dude with a 2-finger brass knuckle ring because I saw him swinging this cat by its tale slamming it against concrete trying to kill it. I've always believed in sticking up for animals since they can't defend their own against humans and it's still something I live by. For the cat to be stuck in dry concrete, it had to fall in there as they were setting those posts. Concrete sets pretty damn fast. Takes time to cure but sets to fast for it to have been done at a later time. Someone may be killing cats on his property, but this one happened on his watch.

@e4bannan Agreed..I worked with concrete quite abit in my early years..you make a valid point..however, considering not only the height of the pipe but the fact cats can't climb steel, in order for it to get in there the ladder would be needed..maybe someone left it out by accident or maybe they did do it..who know..CCTV woulda been great here
