  • All of these moron liberals want the company to go bankrupt and support boycotts of BP. If they go under as they wish, who is going to pay for their cleanup bills and lawsuits?

    • you think they are going to pay it anyway?? without years of litigation???

Yes its good to see the fukers at BP and all their stock holders shitting their pants after they have destroyed the Gulf

    • You made my point. Even if it takes litigation, there is a source to make the payments. If BP goes out of business or bankrupt those claims will all go unpaid.

BP didn't do this on purpose. It was an accident. Were they negligent, probably. Either way they are responsible for the losses. If you really care about the people, economy of the area and the environment you should hope that BP thrives and makes money so that they can make right on the damages they have caused.

  • Get rid of BP and give good USA companies a chance to clean up (financially only). Lets gloss over the fact that the oils spill was caused by an American company.

  • The mantra has always be the corporations priority is only to it's share holders, then the share holders should go down with the ship. Share holders are just as responsible, ethics before profits. Money for nothing and the chicks are free.

  • I would like to see the board of directors face the toilet and go down in bankruptcy.
    The company itself should survive.

  • The amount of rhetoric that's being aimed at BP is unbelievable, are there mid term elections polls coming up?

Anyone remember that good 'ole U.S company Union Carbide that let a little toxic leak kill over 4000 people? I don't remember you screaming and shouting so much when that happened.

I hope and pray that the prices at the U.S gas pumps don't go up... keep burning oil like there's no tomorrow!

  • BP is too big to fail. Obama needs to start cranking out the dollar bills again!

Either that or BP will go bankrupt, the feds will have to pick up the tab for the clean up and a new corporation called BeePee will come along and resume operations. Kind of like the two GMC's out there. One that went bankrupt and took all the debt with it and the new GM that has lots of government money.

  • Leftists love seeing good companies being destroyed just as much as they love seeing terrorists kill American troops. I don't know why one would need much more confirmation to assert that liberalism is a disease; and one of the worst problems in our society.

BP isn't going bankrupt. The company pulled in an annual operating cash flow of $30 billion last year (remember oil prices were much lower then). They aren't going to be paying more than $20-30 billion on this spill either. The market has e More..

    • Good Companies??? Man you are the most stupid right wing Glenn Beck Bag Licker on here. Not only do you have a retarded avatar that really does not make any sense what so ever.

Its funny to see how you believe the corporate propaganda till the end. But you don't do it in a logical sense its more of a automatic stance, You'll automatically go against anyone you have deemed as a "dumb liberal" no matter how illogical your view. Then when confronted with facts that you cannot dispute yo More..

    • A company that churns out billions in free cash flow a year, employs nearly 100,000 people, and has an ROE of more than 20% = a good company. Please tell me how BP and all the other oil majors are "bad companies".

Stupid liberals should stick to the kiddie websites... subject matter like this is just to tough for them to understand.

    • Well first off all did you know that the oil rig is not actually owned by BP but leased to them. The owners are a company called Transocean. How many of the oil rigs operating in the gulf are under the current deal?? Please I would like exact number of people employed by BP in the gulf area. I would bet most of them aren't American

What about the hundreds of thousands of people now effected forever because their business as fishermen is now gone for the foreseeable future?? But that does not di More..
