      BTW, everyone in my family, both sides, who fought in that war fought for the Confederacy. They came to Texas during reconstruction since it was farther away from the yankees.

  • Interesting. So, is this THE Confederate Anthem? or just a confederate anthem. Because every source I read, says there was *NO* official Confederate Anthem.

    However there are some un-official anthems.
    For example:

    • @stav napolous Hate to say it but it wouldn't be the same at all. The north won due to better logistics and they had all of the manufacturing. Now the South has all the manufacturing, and definitely all the guns..
