I've seen a girl back-flop from a much lower height than that, she was knocked out cold. Sank to the bottom of the pool streaming blood out of her nose.
I guess he did break the record though (and probably both testicles)... He jumped, he landed, form is irrelevant. I believe the current record is 172 feet. Just watching the video of that record dive (looks much much much higher when shown from the diver's perspective) makes me want to sit on the floor next to my chair where it's safe.
