I think the work that the thousands of volunteers of the USO do is very important. Every week I hear good things about the troops through my friend AndyBlue. Who started over 2 years ago volunteering for the USO. It's been a way that he could more directly support the troops and actually mean it. It's something that I have to applaud him for, and it has given him a better understanding of the individuals that make up the military as a whole. I can tell that because of the way that he tells the story of his evening at the USO, the men and women he's met, and the families.

Godbless our older vets. And that goes the same for those serving right now in every part of the world.

These people are among the most honest, good hearted people around. Brings a smile to see them at USO's and all over.
