Some cops are just morons. The gentleman who owns the silver SUV was not even in his car when an accident happened behind it which pushed his SUV into the intersection. He then got a parking ticket. He tried to explain the story to the officer but she said "I already started writing the ticket".........................................

  • From all that I see, and I realize with rare exception the only videos uploaded to LiveLeak about the police will not be favorable to them, but it sure does seem like the bar has been lowered on who can be a police officer.

      I've been prophesying that for the last 40 years, no real shock to me.

      But sometimes a ticket is just that just a ticket and if a mistake was made the young woman is all the wiser. There is no condemnation in a blunder of the mind.

  • You only need to graduate first grade and return the color crayons in the box in the right order to become a police officer. The only people who become police officers are the ones who were bullied in school so they can feel powerful.
