Toronto's 12th Annual "Dyke March" 28.06.2008
About 30000 spectators watched Toronto's 12th Annual "Dyke March" Saturday afternoon. The Dyke March precedes Toronto's Gay Pride Parade, which happens this Sunday afternoon and is watched by over 1 million spectators along the exhaustive parade route.
It's estimated over $100 million floods into the local economy during Toronto's Pride Week festivities.

No homophobe here and my business partner is a case of a man born in a womans body but I have to say that I don't really see the need to block traffic and streets to have a parade to tell everyone your sexual preference . I just don't see the point and frankly see this as a waste of my tax money for the security etc that any large event costs just so someone can tell me what they prefer in the bedroom .
