Syria - Force 175 of the Assad army using katyusha rockets to pound towns near Daraa (16/11/12)

Leaked cellphone footage from the SAA Force 175 using Katyusha/Grad or similar MRLS to pound the towns around Daraa. We all know rockets are far less accurate and more deadly than artillery, so what's wrong here? Did Assad run out of Artillery and mortar bombs?

Please, someone who supports Assad, please try and explain this.
