How much do they charge to do a few sorties over Nanci Pelosi's hair-plug covered noggin'?

I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. Please do not send her Gestapo to beat me senseless. She's a great person and I love her. Even if she is a bit 'reptilian'.

It's amazing that the Brits were producing such incredible weapons and technology.

@Triode What's incredible about it? It's just a big bomb. Nothing particularly high-tech.

@Texan_in_China Bomb, timing mechanism, fail-safe units, packing of explosives (it's not easy), delivery vehicle (the best bomber of the war) protection systems for the delivery, aiming (there's only one of them so it has to be very, very good) and finally guaranteed explosion. It all had to come together at one point and that means a lot of technical specialists (engineers) working to perfection. NO ONE else was doing the same thing at that time.
Do not make further displays of ignorance.

@mylostsoul not enough understanding if its true.
With the weight of the bomb gone, I would think the plane just gains speed but not height. Correct me if im wrong and you know the physics.

@no compromise truth wrong, it doesn't just gained speed, it gains a bit of altitude, idk about 150ft, but it definitely gains altitude
and we're talking about ww2 bombers not modern day bombers

@mylostsoul I dont know about 150 ft either. I could imagine 30 ft but 150 ft seemed a stretch. We are both thinking in same terms then.

May be the biggest, but not the most powerful non-nuclear bomb, which is the Russian "Father Of All Bombs" which equals about 44 tons of TNT.
