This was reported on March 29, 2011 in Montebello California.
This happened after a police chase that started with a domestic disturbance call. He kidnapped his three year old daughter and it was reported that he had been drinking and had a gun. The police chased this guy for over a half hour before this happened.
What you can't see in this video is the guy does have a gun and the police to him to drop it. And the guy did fire on the cops. The incident was reported a "suicide by cops" More..
