Sorry I don't have a video of people falling down it, but I'm sure it happens all the time. Especially if you're drunk off those vending-machine beers they sell there. Turns from escalator to moving platform back to escalator. Apparently there is a huge sign next to where you get on it, but how do you get anywhere in life if you stop and read every sign?
