I get your point. As to Mother Nature, we're fackin' with her every day. I prefer to think of mother nature having her own game plan regarding the evolution of this planet which she relentlessly puts into action while we (too often) have a conflicting plan. Take Nuclear-fueled energy for instance.
I think everyone feels (at least those capable of "feeling") devastated by this disaster, even though one can find juvenile comments all over this story.
