But according to the United States government, the tenth-grade home-schooler is being held on a criminal complaint that he made a bomb threat from his home on the night of Feb. 15.

  • "...They handcuffed him and presented her with a search warrant."

I'm totally against the so-called patriot act, and the judge that signed the warrant should be cracking heads - but he/she probably wont.

What is missing from the equation is accountability of the authorities.

LOL, only too true. Instead of trying to fix the pos, they ought to just repeal every bit of it.

Dude, we're no better up here (cold weather makes us slower). Every mall cop thinks he/she is going to save us from the invading Muslim hoards (who happen to be disguised as 14 y.o. skateboard punks, who would have thought).

  • If he is not guilty, he will be let go. Glad to see that we as well as the people he supposedly threatened will be safe for a while at least. Glad to see that the PA is working to keep the country and its citizens safe in times that call for such measures.

Whats funny, is the mother, I don't believe in guns! Better believe in them because the ones the FBI were using were NOT FAKE! LMAO.

She feels like she's in a third world country, LMAO, she's never been out of Indiana. So funny to hear people talk, so stupid.

How do you know this isn't the case? Innocent until proven guilty? is he such a threat that he doesn't deserve due process?
