wesley willis short documentary

This is a short video documentary which came from an enhanced audio CD by the late musician/keyboardist Wesley Willis, who passed away in August 2003. Although some people were critical of Wesley, nobody can deny that he was a special individual with unique talent and a way with words all his own. You are sorely missed, Wesley -- keep rockin' up there in Heaven.

  • There were some great personalities on the punk scene back in the day that can't and won't be replaced. The bump on his forhead is from his custom of head-butting his friends. Cool guy!
    Another character that I was lucky to run into a couple times before he died was Il Duce from The Mentors, buy him a beer and he'd tell you stories you wouldn't believe (and probably shouldn't in most cases)!
