The Vortex of Thorold Ontario(2 videos!)
about 10 feet below the water surface is a huge tube. This is what causes the vortex. If you fall in, you will die, the tube will carry you at a very fast rate right to the valve pit, the from there you will be extruded through several small openings. its part of a working canal. the water goes through a tube and over a spillway. the "vortex" is caused by the water being drained out of the pond so quickly. this all has to do with the welland canal. located in Ontario Canada.
