This is a common everyday scene in Russia. If they had to stop each time they witnessed an accident they would never get to where they are going, not that most ever get to where they are going anyway according to these vids.

@50cal4u Personally I don't think all traffic should stop (at least in the opposite lane) as that just increases the chance for more accidents or blocks medical vehicles from getting to the scene quickly.

@USA-YES Maybe some people don't like feeling like they are being strangled every minute they are in a car. In 45 years I have NEVER worn or needed a seatbelt. If the day comes that I get in a wreck, hopefully the end is quick and painless. Got nothing to do with being cool
