Lock him now up now. We had a very recent high profile case here in Australia where a rapist was caught on CCTV... and he had been in prison most of his life on rape charges. Got out and randomly raped and murdered a girl off the street... should never have been allowed back out.

No because then it's still on the taxpayers wallet. I envision jails being run by American Industry. You benefit from both sides of the coin.
