how do they manage to find the right slot when they are on the ground? I mean it took ages for it to just cruise around and around. I know it didnt just cruise around but man! would I have been lost there.

I have no idea what kind of plane it was but it was pretty big, minimum B737. But because of speeding up the video time, the plane acts like a little cessna. Anyway lights of Los Angeles are beautiful.

Much better to land in LA at night rather than day !
The day is just GreY...Concrete & more concrete, and the occasional tree.
Night Landings are something I prefer to plan for.
