Chicago's Smoque BBQ Featured On Food Network (This Place Is Magical)
We take BBQ pretty fuckin seriously in my family and let me tell ya, this place is somethin special. I'm not a big fan of Guy Fieri but I'll make an exception for this episode.

As a fat man, I'm damn lucky to live in Austin but I hope those guys made it out to Lockhart and Luling for the real stuff. Some of the best prime rib and pork chops on the planet come out of the smokers in Lockhart and at least one place will show you where the door is if you ask for bbq sauce. Don't come through here on a bbq tour without going to Lockhart!

Very inspiring. Do you think this guy who left his full-time job to invest in this business, and employ all those people, knows "he didn't build that"?

Guy is a great guy and has a great show. He shows some great restaurants with great recipes and puts these usually small businesses on the map for folks to visit increasing their success rates in alot of cases. It's one of the only shows I will sit down and watch on Food Network with my wife.
