As the child tries to get away, one of the women sprays her with the high-pressure hose. Car wash manager Marlene Diaz told MyFOXOrlando that she called authorities immediately upon seeing what was happening on surveillance video. When she ran out to help the child the car had already left. "It stings, it burns," Diaz told MyFOXOrlando of the hose, which was on high power.
