there are planty of uzbek restaurants and bakeries here in israel (many uzbeks immigrated here in recent decade), my mate came from there, even that she is not really in uzbek food. her favorite is indian food,shusi,druze... :)
the vids above looks very interesting- ill look them up later when ill have more time.
