Bush 'has damaged the US'
11 Jan 09 -- Bush will leave behind a legacy of decisions and policies that critics say has done extensive damage to Americans civil liberties and international obligations.
The opening of the Guantanamo Bay prison is one of a number of controversial decisions made by Bush that critics say have violated constitutional rights.
