Russia deported Chechens during WWII to Siberia... that's called ethnic cleansing. I will assume you did not know this.
There's also no 'undeclared war' in islam. Due to the fact a religion from god must encompass all parts of life fairly it does so with war. Before wars, warnings are given with demands to stop the particular oppression taking place. Injustice is also islamic cause for war (i.e breaking treaties that maintain peace).
