@Kalazam The road was pure black top with no evidence of black ice so at worse just wet. The guy actually slows down incredible fast but only once he realizes impact unavoidable. He could have easily slowed down sooner IMHO.

@Kalazam Yes Kalazam, the road has snow on it, good job. The ticket here is that the snow is in the middle of the road and on the edges of the road. If you are having trouble finding it, its the white stuff. The dark black is asphalt, that's where the tires of the car touch. The accident actually happened bc the first car's right tires went off the asphalt (thats the black stuff remember) and touched the slippery white stuff on the side of the road.
