There was a work crew on Dickson Blvd around 8:30 AM this morning for a water break. Dickson was all ice and the water ran down hill to the West Main Traffic Circle where it meets Wheeler Blvd. Motorists tried to get through the water and some were getting stuck. There was water running inside this vehicle as the woman waited for a tow truck to arrive. 2 members of the Codiac RCMP arrived and blocked off Wheeler Blvd. Police wanted barricades from public works dept. but a hour later and still didn't show up. A Jeep that tried to use 4 wheel drive and go around the water ended up stuck as well and another tow truck was needed to get him out.
