@morningwood not with this particular edit, music or whatever was altered. Certainly the material shown in the video, though, was uploaded, reposted and re-edited too often to count, making "actual" new footage, or any news about current developments on the topic harder to find..

Ok..a few points here. First Im assuming they found many of these dash cams along with the owners bodies. And second I don't think they needed the windshield wipers on..and third I know what the next most popular option will be on Japanese cars-air bags that inflate on the outside of the vehicle.
