Airline manager knees down in front of passengers, begging them to board plane
The flight was delayed for 7 hours and the passengers refused to board the plane when it arrived, asking for compensation of 1,000 yuan each. The manager had to beg them to board the plane so that it could take off to fly to another city. The female ring leader of the passengers rejected his apology and ordered others to not board the plane.
