that's true. a few years ago i read about a black lab that mauled a baby.
and everybody knows labs are one of the most even tempered dogs but to them prey is prey.

@fr33thinker This is unusual for any dog to do. It proves a certain viciousness to the dog that is uncommon in most dogs.
A domesticated dog does not do that, a wild animal does.

There are so may great breeds of dogs, it baffles me why pitbulls are so popular. I get that many Pits are sweet dogs blah blah...I too have seen sweet pitbulls. But having a Lab,Aussie Shepherd or beagle attack and latch onto your body is not the same as having a pit bull do it. That breed is dangerous when attacking.That's what they were bred for.More to the point, that's what they were engineered to do. Fighting. People trying to raise pit bulls as family dogs are going against the 100 years More..

Dreadful. I've got a chihuahua and a pug, two small, gentle dogs who've never hurt anyone but, when my girl was born, I didn't leave her alone with them for a second. Never have. You just never know. This is terrible.

Typical Pitbull. I've seen one bite a babies face before, in person. Kicked that faggot dog as hard as I could, the baby lived, the Dad was terrified.
