Part of channel(s): Yoursay (promoted)Happened to come across these guys while walking in Alkmaar. The power of the bass cannot be conveyed by the type of camera I used but my camcorder wasn't on me.
At :58 the drummer all the way to the left snaps his stick and watches it fly over his shoulder. Someone gave him a stick a few moments after that. Looks like they regularly break them.
A band of white lady drummers was in a group in front of the Caribbean youths but didn't play with nearly the amount of energy or variation. The group you see here was the best one and a crowd was following them through the streets.
Those 2 dancers at the end? I'm not sure if they were native Hollanders or tourists.
