Israel broke the ceasefire by illegal Blockade of Gaza which ended in death of 265 Palestinian patients for the lack of medicines. Also Israel had assassinated Palestinians Civilians during the Ceasefire.
Palestinians are still suffering under US-Israeli blockade of Gaza.
