Screw the money. It's about self defense. If someone threatens me with bodily injury, death, or sexual assault- regardless of what they are after (my car, my wallet, my employers stuff)- I will fight to stop the threat, not to prevent the robbery. In corporate liability class, resistance equals liability. Which is why this person will probably be fired. But it's opposite in self-defense class. Submission is death.

@hunuok Agree but they stand a good chance of being fired. Most company's policy is to do whatever the criminal wants to avoid harm. It sucks but people just doing what you and I consider "the right thing" get the short end of the stick all the time. :|
